David Wong

Director of Operations

David Wong joined Nano Green Technology in 2007 as manger of customer service. Wong has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor processing and equipment repair, and developed many plasma and wet etch processes. He also has an in-depth understanding of most semiconductor processing equipment.

Most recently, Wong served as director of processing engineering and technology sales support for YieldUP International, with responsibility for process development, equipment start-ups, installations, training, and worldwide technology sales support. He was granted a patent for a Marangoni rinser/dryer.

Prior to joining YieldUp, Wong was the manager for I.C Works, with direct responsibility for the manufacturing of customer-designed devices on silicon, and processing equipment repair/upgrades. He also worked as a fab engineer at Samsung, Fairchild, and AMD, and was responsible for process development, yield improvement, and device transfer from R&D to production.

Wong holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from U.C. Berkeley.
