Shirley S. Lien

Chief Financial Officer and VP of Administration

Shirley Lien joined Nano Green Technology in 2010. Prior to that, she was the CFO and vice president of finance and administration at Asia-Links.

Lien served as controller at FSI/YieldUP International and Imgen/QMS, and as finance manager at Applied Materials. She was responsible for M&A activities between FSI and Yield-Up and between Imagen and QMS, and delivered full documentation hand-off and oversaw all logistics of the transfer of all assets. She set up numerous accounting, computer, and financial reporting systems, and revamped said systems and physical infrastructure to meet strategic and tactical business plan changes.

Also among Lien’s credentials are implementing human resources, including employment, compensation and benefits, insurance, ISO and 401K plans, training, downsizing, and minimizing costly legal interface while protecting company assets. She accumulated solid experience in accounting, taxes, SEC and financial reporting, budgeting and revenue recognition, cash management, lease negotiations, and interfacing with CPA firms and legal professionals.

Lien acquired an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and a B.A. from Taiwan Normal University.
